The joint venture partner/s has adequate management resources to handle the issues that will arise when coordinating with multiple parties.

Timeliness of delivery of products / services

There will be an adherence to expected deadlines and should there be a change in the deadlines, the partner/s are to be advised at the earliest.

Candidate’s partnership network

It is expected that there will be a willingness to utilise the joint venture current network for the optimisation of the joint venture.

Quality of final product / service

There must be clear consensus between the parties on the expected results of the final product / service.

Scale and capacity

The partner/s with whom we are collaborating will dedicate adequate resources to undertake the joint venture.

The partner/s will need to readily communicate and share with the other partner/s any aspects that may affect the joint venture’s success.

Cost of final products / services

The joint venture partner/s will attempt to provide accurate and realistic financial projections of their estimated efforts in the joint venture.
